Eskilstuna Track & Resort
Eskilstuna track & resort, located in Gröndal just outside of Eskilstuna, is the first and only environmentally friendly race track resort in Sweden.
Racing dreams, events and green meetings
Eskilstuna track & resort was created with the vision of becoming the future of Swedish motorsport. While there is still work to be done, there is already a race track that meets international standards. The track is host to one of Sweden's biggest Kart competitions for young talents, Prins Carl Philips Racing Pokal. This is a testament to the high quality of the track and bodes well for the future, as the goal is to host international racing competitions at GTR Motorpark.
However, the facility is not only for high-speed vehicle enthusiasts. An expansive event area is being developed on-site to accommodate thousands of visitors. Additionally, plans include building a business hotel and conference center on the grounds.
Most environmentally friendly Motorpark in the world?
Environmental sustainability has been a key consideration at Eskilstuna track & resort from the planning stage. The park operates in an eco-friendly manner with a focus on utilizing renewable solar energy and building tracks on recycled excavated materials. Additionally, great effort has been put into preserving the surrounding forest which is a beautiful feature of the area.
